Questions from parents

What age is the app for?

For children aged about 2 to 6. Little ones tap and swipe, older ones cook their way through every house and collect Moomli’s outfits.

Do we need an account?

No. A purchase belongs to your Apple ID or Google account. Use “Restore purchases” in the parents’ area to get it on your other devices.

Which languages does Moomli speak?

English and German, in an Austrian and a German version. You can switch at any time in the parents’ area.

Does my child cook for real?

No, everything happens on the screen. If they get hungry for more, cook together in the real kitchen afterwards – with a grown-up at the stove.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On iPhone or iPad go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
